Focus on Finding: Leveraging Data & Technology to Improve Efficiency in Child Support Enforcement
Across the country, agencies are tasked with doing more with less. They cannot afford to waste precious time trying to locate individuals to establish or enforce orders or to find the most recent address for mailing notices. Massive caseloads and investigative dead ends are barriers to establishing cases and providing much needed support to children.
By combining data, analytics and technology, agencies can be notified when there is new information on cases, such as incarceration status, new addresses or phone numbers, death records or other data points of interest. Through these notifications, agencies will be able to prioritize casework as they will know where to spend their time, locating NCPs more quickly, and allow caseworkers to focus on other matters that need attention.
