- Does your jurisdiction accept a CSE Transmittal #3 for Service of Process requests from another jurisdiction when they do not want to open a two-state case, meaning you would conduct the Service of Process without opening a case in your jurisdiction?
- What type of Service of Process does your jurisdiction do on interstate requests (i.e., personal, certified mail, regular mail, etc.)?
- Will your jurisdiction use another type of Service of Process if specifically requested by another state?
