Lori Bengston has worked tirelessly for NCSEA for close to 20 years. She was on the Board and served as Secretary for several years before starting the Presidential track. She was instrumental in creating NCSEA U. She has co-chaired the membership, Policy Forum, and Professional Development Committees. She has served on Finance for many years. She is a mentor to all who seek her sage advice. She is always learning everything she can about the program. And, she does it all with grace and style.
Lori is a Project Manager for Young Williams and has been active in the child support enforcement program for over 21 years. She is the Project Manager of the Nebraska Statewide Child Support Call Center. Lori has been a speaker at many national, regional and state child support conferences on the topics of customer service, call centers and early intervention. Before joining the child support program, Lori was a Regional Manager and Vice-President at U.S. Bank for over 10 years. She is a Past President and Honorary Life Member of NCSEA and Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC) as well as the Past President of the Nebraska Child Support Enforcement Association Board of Directors.
