Marie Waite is an energetic leader with a focus on positively enriching the child support program. Marie currently serves as the Director at Kings County Child Support Services. She has worked in the Child Support Services program for 18 years.
Marie has secured a reputation as a knowledgeable and experienced professional with two and half decades of experience in the non-profit, private, and public sector. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resources. She achieved her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. In 2023, Marie completed the Credentialed California County Senior Executive Program with California State Association of Counties (CSAC) and High-Performance Leadership with National Association of Counties (NACo). Marie is a Board of Director for Western Intergovernmental Child Support Engagement Council (WICSEC).
She flourishes seeing individuals succeed and propel in their careers. Her desire is to contribute to making a difference in people’s lives. Marie is passionate about her family, friends, travel, Corgis, sunsets, and adventures.
