Katie Morgan is a seasoned leader dedicated to children, families, and social justice. With over 30 years of experience, she’s a catalyst for positive change, partnering with both government and private sectors.
Katie holds a BS in Mathematics and Political Science from the College of Charleston, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina. During her 28-year tenure in South Carolina state government, she held key roles like Child Support Director and Deputy Chief Information Officer.
Since 2017, Katie has fueled Protech’s nationwide projects as Senior VP of Business Development, leveraging her expertise in government operations and child support initiatives.
Beyond her professional life, Katie finds joy in her 38-year marriage to Billy, their four children, and soon-to-be four grandsons. She’s deeply involved in her community, leading her church council and championing Chapin’s community garden to support the local food bank.
