35+ years in various capacities in the Child Support program- Caseworker starting in 1988 in Santa Barbara County CA. Moved through Supervisor and Branch Manager, and in 2000 accepted the appointment as Director in El Dorado County CA. With CGI- I am the Child Support Practice lead- designing and implementing Child Systems for states.
While in California, participated as the pilot county for the successful California system modernization- CCSAS, helping to design and implement that successful system replacement.

Since 2014, I have been the Child Support Practice Lead for CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc- a company with global presence, and the 5th largest Consulting firm in the world- a business focusses on System Modernizations involving both Commercial and Government clients. Our satisfied customers include City of New York, City and County of Los Angeles, Honolulu, Phoenix and State of Arizona, State of Alaska, and many more. We specialize in State and Local solutions including Child Support, Child Welfare, Taxation, WIC, DOT, State Controllers, etc.
My focus is on Child Support for CGI- currently engaged in the development of a new child support platform- working with multiple states to design and develop the new age of Child Support and Financial case management.
My experience and engagement with Child Support spans 35+ years, and I look forward to the possibility to serve the Child Support community as a NCSEA Board member.
